One week after opening the Street Team up to all Omak Middle School Students - the club went from 12 to 28 members. All 28 students are working together to build a better community.

The original 12 Street Team members worked in "stealth" to implement a campaign to shine the light on the HEALTH that already exists in Omak.

Seven Street Team-ers were honored with the IMPACT award at the 2011 Spring Youth Forum at Great Wolf Lodge. They were judged to have made the greatest impact in their community in the fight again substance abuse and other destructive behaviors.
